The Albion Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Whether you are an experienced pro or looking to kickstart your hospitality career, we want to hear from you! While previous experience is a bonus, we place a high value on a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a passion for great customer service.
To be successful, you must be over 18 and hold a current RSA certificate. We are looking for reliable team players with good availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
