About the Role
Food & Beverage Attendants Ocean Beach Hotel
Ocean Beach Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants with availability Thursday to Sunday, including day, evening, and late-night shifts (to 5am!) on a mix of shifts. We’re after friendly, reliable team players who thrive in a busy hospitality environment. Duties include serving food and drinks (so RSA card is essential) maintaining venue standards, and delivering great customer service. Join our lively beachside team and help create memorable guest experiences!
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
What do we need from you
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You must have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
