Food & Beverage Attendant | Springwood Hotel | Opening March!
With a fresh look and major refurb at the Springwood Hotel, we are searching for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team! We need high-energy professionals who can deliver outstanding service and exceptional drink quality in our exciting, newly upgraded venue.
To be considered, you must be over 18 and hold a current RSA. We are looking for team players with proven experience in fast paced bistro style environments who are ready to set high standards and bring their passion to our fresh new space. there will be a mix of shifts across days, nights, weekends and public holidays, so good availability will be crucial. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
