Sitting tall on Lower North East Road, in the heart of Highbury is the Highbury Hotel.
We have been serving locals and visitors for years and community is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we've been the local favourite for decades.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Highbury Hotel.
What you’ll do:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Design and produce top quality food
- Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
