Head Chef - Parkwood Tavern
- $85,000 base salary, plus super, plus bonus

The Parkwood Tavern is located around the corner from leading tertiary institution, Griffith University, on the corner of Olsen & Wintergreen Ave. This community favourite is less than 20 minutes from the Gold Coast, 10 minutes from the coastal suburb of Southport and is conveniently across the road from Gold Coast Hospital and the Light Rail Station.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Parkwood Tavern.
What you’ll do:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Design and produce top quality food
- Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
