Job Description

This specialist position will see you join a collaborative team delivering high calibre support across all Performance & Reward (P&R) activities, including but not limited to cyclical performance & reward reviews, benchmarking, variable reward plan design and governance, salary survey submissions and reward compliance. The role presents an opportunity to leverage your experience and play a pivotal role in delivering initiatives and services that have a positive impact for all of our team members.  
 
As a Reward Partner you will:

  • Play an active role in supporting and improving the cyclical activities of the P&R review including managing timelines, preparing supporting material for business leaders & the people team and leveraging reports to provide insights to the business throughout the cycle.
  • Provide ongoing analysis to assist with reviews of the Endeavour P&R framework and policies to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Provide advice and support on all P&R matters for the People Partners and the wider business.
  • Lend your expertise and consulting skills to various strategic reward projects, including HR system implementations.
  • Work collaboratively with the P&R team to ensure high quality data is maintained within SuccessFactors, including reporting & liaising with the broader people team to inform & follow up on data governance requirements.
  • Use the Hay Group methodology to thoroughly benchmark or job slot new or updated positions as required.
  • Working with the P&R Senior Partners to establish external market mapping for Endeavour positions in preparation for survey submissions (currently Korn Ferry).

Qualifications

The Reward Partner position will suit someone who has proven remuneration experience within a large organisation, who is looking to further develop and grow their career. You’ll thrive in a fast paced, diverse and complex environment and always be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
You’ll have the ability and confidence to work with large and complex data sets and deliver across all facets of performance and remuneration for a broad set of stakeholders.
 
You’ll also have:

  • A relevant Tertiary Degree/Qualification e.g. HR, Commerce, Psychology. 
  • In depth reporting & analytical abilities using multiple data sets.
  • Demonstrable consulting skills, including building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience (formulas/pivot tables/vlookups).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with reward frameworks and external market data.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS is highly desirable.
