About Us

At Endeavour Group, we’re creating a more sociable future together – and transformation is at the heart of that journey. We're on the lookout for a PMO Process Analyst to play a key role in ensuring how we deliver change is efficient, effective, and continuously improving.

In this role, you'll work across a portfolio of major programs and projects, partnering with transformation leaders and delivery teams to design, optimise, and embed high-quality, standardised processes and tools that drive successful outcomes.

About the Role

What you'll do

As a PMO Process Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind improving how transformation programs are delivered. You’ll work across program and project teams to evaluate current ways of working, implement scalable solutions, and ensure we deliver with consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Evaluate and optimise program delivery processes (e.g., RAID, reporting, status updates) by identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to support better outcomes.

  • Design and document clear, consistent, and fit-for-purpose delivery processes, controls, templates, and governance frameworks that can scale across the One Endeavour transformation.

  • Facilitate workshops and deep dives with project and technical stakeholders to collaboratively design and refine delivery processes.

  • Implement and embed new processes and tools across teams, ensuring seamless adoption through effective training, change communications, and hands-on support.

  • Monitor compliance and alignment with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and internal governance standards, proactively resolving issues or gaps.

  • Champion continuous improvement by staying current on industry trends and bringing forward innovative ideas and process enhancements that drive efficiency, quality, and consistency.

  • Be a trusted advisor to program and project managers, providing clarity and support around best practice delivery approaches and expectations.

What do we need from you

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, project or program delivery, with a strong focus on process optimisation and controls.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Deep understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance models (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).

  • Proven experience designing and implementing robust PMO frameworks in complex programs.

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.

  • A pragmatic, flexible approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Retail or FMCG.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.

  • Project management certification.
