• 12 month contract based in Sydney

The Project Manager - Ecom Operations will ensure the successful implementation of one of our strategic Ecommerce fulfilment projects - the establishment of a Customer Fulfilment Centre at our existing facility located in central Sydney. 

You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Endeavour Delivery, Tech, Operations, Finance and Customer Service, to ensure successful step change in our fulfilment processes and promote best practices across Endeavour Ecommerce Supply Chain.

This is an exciting time to join Endeavour Group as we implement our Customer Fulfilment Centre proof-of-concept at our existing site, with the view to unlock capability for future fulfilment sites.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• You will lead the design, development and implementation of an end to end customer fulfilment Proof of Concept in NSW with the possibility to scale
• You will implement suitable project governance to enable transparent and efficient project delivery (within scope, time and budget)
• You will successfully integrate people & technology based on best practice order fulfilment processes while adhering to relevant safety standards
• You have excellent communication skills to lead the change management plan and create effective project communication plans
• You will demonstrate your strong problem solving skills supporting our teams to remove roadblock and manage multiple in-flight initiatives at various stages of the project lifecycle
• You will work closely with the project leaders of other streams to ensure interdependencies are understood and any challenges addressed
• You like to roll up your sleeves and get thing done
• You will lead continuous improvement in conjunction with peers and the wider Supply Chain team

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 5+ years experience working in Project Management within Ecom, supply chain, manufacturing and/or FMCG
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects in the supply chain/logistics field
• Previous experience in manufacturing and/or implementing customer fulfilment centres is highly desirable 
• Background in logistics operations preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations
• A demonstrated ability to  communicate effectively with all levels of team and management
• Exposure to the liquor/retail/e-com industry being highly valued
