We’re on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

Standing tall on the corner of Ocean Street and overlooking the stunning Narrabeen Beach, The Sands Hotel has been an iconic part of the local community since 1907.
A modern and exciting hotel that boasts multiple dining areas, state of the art Sport Lounge, as well as comfortable Accommodation and Function facilities.
A day in the life of a Publican:
You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
