Are you a high-caliber hospitality leader with a passion for premium coastal venues? We are seeking a sophisticated and commercially savvy Publican to take the helm of the Narrabeen Sands Hotel.
Perfectly positioned on the iconic Northern Beaches, the Narrabeen Sands Hotel is a premium, multi-faceted venue that offers everything from high-volume bistro and bar service to boutique hotel accommodation. This role requires an experienced operator who can manage the complexities of a large-scale destination venue while maintaining the high service standards our local community and visitors expect.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
- You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
