Restaurant Manager | Buderim Tavern | Dream big with us!
We’re on the hunt for our next Restaurant Manager to help keep the Buderim Tavern buzzing and loved by the locals.
Located in the heart of Burnett Street, The Buderim Tavern has some of the best views south of the Sunshine Coast. Only a ten minute drive from the Sunshine Coast city centre, and 15 minutes from Mooloolaba, we're in the perfect spot for locals and visitors alike to head inland for a bite or drink in our recently refurbished venue.
A day in the life of an Restaurant Manager:
- Leading the restaurant floor and delivering top-tier guest experiences
- Managing bookings, service flow, and floor operations
- Coaching and developing the FOH team
- Driving consistency in standards and presentation
- Working closely with the kitchen to keep service seamless
What do we need from you
About you:
- Proven experience in restaurant or venue management
- Confident leading a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Organised, reliable, and confident with rostering and systems
- A natural leader who thrives under pressure and inspires others
