The Ettamogah Hotel is an iconic family-friendly venue located in the heart of Kellyville Ridge.
A modern, and exciting hotel that boasts multiple dining areas, including a large undercover courtyard and state of the art children’s play centre which features our custom rock climbing wall and indoor play area.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Sous Chef at the Ettamogah Hotel!
What you’ll do:
- Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment
- Create and manage staff rosters
- Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards
What do we need from you
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade Cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
