The Finance Analyst, Capital will partner with various business partners to create capital forecasts and monitoring for the Group, providing critical insights to senior management.
Responsible for controlling and monitoring funding release for projects across the organisation, ensuring appropriate approvals have been obtained. The role will review requests for capital, providing a strategic and commercial lens across business case assumptions, timing and funding to support Endeavour Group’s strategic capital decisions.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role
- Support annual process for the build of capital forecasts to enable detailed insight on business view on projected capital spend. Work closely with finance and business partners to understand underlying drivers, test assumptions and align with broader business expectations. Produce reporting by segment/business/capital category as required
- Provide support to produce annual depreciation budgets for selected business units
- Support development of templates, forums and processes for review and approval of significant capital investments, providing a consistent group level approach, aligned to our risk appetite and financial hurdles
- Robust month end closing process on all SAP & non SAP fixed asset activities to capture capital expenditure activity
- Deliver integrity and governance around the fixed asset lifecycle, from asset creation, master data integrity, fixed asset register management, AUC reporting and asset write off process
- Submit clear insights back to BU around fixed asset registers, depreciation movement, transfer, acquisition & disposal result
- Identify opportunities to recycle or reprioritise capital based on performance insights
Now let’s talk about you
- CA / CPA qualified with 4+ years experience including exposure to commercial finance, audit, business services or corporate finance / transaction services
- Financial modelling skills, supporting investment decision making
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence key business partners
- Commercial thinker, able to critically evaluate and solve problems
- Self-starter who continuously improves processes and outcomes with strong process and analytical skills
- Retail / FMCG/Hotels / hospitality experience desired but not essential
- SAP experience desired but not essential
- TM1 experience desired but not essential
