endeavourX is at the forefront of product and technology transformation, striving to deliver value at scale through relevant agile delivery methodologies. We are looking for a dynamic Practice Lead - Delivery to influence the design of our agile governance and delivery framework, driving success across our digital squads. Also responsible for building the delivery capability and nurturing the talented team of Delivery leads for better team experience. 

As the Practice Lead for Delivery you will enhance our ability to deliver customer initiatives efficiently within our digital product portfolio, which manages Dan Murphy's, BWS and ALH websites, and native app. Operating at the portfolio level, this position oversees all squads' delivery methods, planning, prioritisation, and execution, aiming to strengthen our agile delivery capabilities significantly.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Collaborate closely with senior technology and product leaders, practice/chapter leads of BA, Design, Technology, Analytics, the Product managers, and Delivery Leads to strategize and oversee the endeavourX Delivery portfolio. This includes managing the backlog, shaping the roadmap, monitoring product advancements, allocating resources, and fostering an agile delivery environment that supports long-term development goals.
• Facilitate, define, and manage the prioritisation framework and trimester roadmap planning cycle to optimise digital squad capacity.
• Develop regular eX portfolio reporting that provides visibility to key stakeholders, including a forward view on deliverables and value, tracking milestones across the eX digital portfolio.
• Strategically decide on relevant agile ceremonies and portfolio delivery best practices, securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels to attend and participate in sessions.
• Unblock and remove constraints, escalate, and address any issues to support the digital squads' roadmap delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to Delivery Leads and Product Managers, ensuring they are fully utilised and deliver against agreed milestones set by business priorities.
• Teach and encourage EndeavourX-wide adoption of relevant business planning & collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, MIRO and Confluence etc to enhance productivity.

Now let’s talk about you

• Qualifications in the industry along with extensive experience in delivery models, developing and optimising agile practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, adept at facilitation and influencing, with a proven ability to empower leaders in driving large-scale change.
• Experience in providing program support and structure to ensure teams grasp agile delivery principles, including assistance in defining work in terms of outcomes and measurable success criteria.
• Familiarity with facilitating strategic planning and prioritisation sessions like Trimester  Business Planning.
• Track record of collaborating closely with leadership to understand dependencies, metrics, and reporting for measuring progress and team performance outcomes 
• The ability to develop consistent approaches for agile prioritisation, OKRs, performance and benefits measurement, and program planning.
• Proven experience in scaling ways of working using agile and customer-focused design thinking principles across all squads and practices.
• Leadership experience managing a large practice with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members within the delivery practice and agile squads.
• The capability to define and drive the approach for Business Agility in partnership with the Practice and peers, striving to be an industry leader.
