As we continue to evolve and adapt to the dynamic regulatory environment, market trends, and consumer needs within our gaming business, we are investing in a range of critical initiatives across Gaming Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Responsible Gambling (RG). These include vital areas such as Transaction Monitoring, Data Integration, and Facial Recognition.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Coordinator for a 2 year Fixed Term Contract opportunity.  You will have sound project management experience to oversee, manage, and ensure the successful delivery of these key initiatives, on time and within budget.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for various Gaming Compliance, AML, and RG initiatives, from detailed scoping and requirements gathering through to successful solution delivery.

Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation, effectively utilizing Smartsheet and maintaining a robust risk register and proactively manage and engage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. This includes collaborating closely with teams across:

  • ALH Transformation
  • Technology (including our key technology partner, Light and Wonder)
  • Commercial
  • Gaming Operations
  • Responsibility and Financial Crime
  • Advanced Analytics
  • Endeavour X
  • Legal and Regulatory
  • Loyalty
  • Data Governance
  • Privacy

Organize and facilitate regular project reporting governance and cadence to provide clear visibility of project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring projects remain on track.

Collaborate effectively with the business to gather detailed requirements, working closely with technology teams to understand technical implications and iterate on solutions as needed.

Play a crucial role in positioning Endeavour Group’s gaming business to effectively respond to the continuously evolving regulatory landscape, emerging market trends, and changing consumer expectations.

Manage initiatives that may involve inter-linked projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

 


What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you 

  • Minimum 5 years of proven program coordination experience within large, complex matrix organizations, ideally with exposure to large-scale transformation programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong time management and scheduling abilities, with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects to deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in the use of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), and word processing applications (e.g., Word).

Bonus points for

  • Relevant business and/or technology tertiary qualifications.
  • Prior experience within the Gaming industry and/or direct experience with AML/CTF and Responsible Gambling compliance.
  • Exposure to associated technology solutions such as Transaction Monitoring systems, eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) processes, and Facial Recognition Technology (FRT).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
