As a Senior Transformation Strategy Manager you will drive critical transformation and technology initiatives.
Applying your previous consulting skill set, you are a natural collaborator and able to work closely with the leadership and senior members of the business, while actively participating across the Transformation Program leadership team.
With a strategic mindset and natural curiosity you will use your excellent communication skills to identify and analyse risks, solve problems and refine solutions.

This crucial role will be part of the highly visible implementation and offers a unique chance to lead innovative programs of work using a data-driven and agile approach.
As a senior Transformation leader, you will provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to the program leaders, guiding them on best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of the team's overall work-plan.
Additionally, this position is responsible for fostering a pipeline of skilled individuals to meet future team capability requirements.
- Identify and analyse the current processes of the business that will change as part of the transformation initiative.
- Analyse data and provide insights gathered by the program team and ensure proactive communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify upstream and downstream impacts of key initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities for the program, develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with relevant senior stakeholders to facilitate the activities required to enable sign-off on changes with the business.
- Clearly communicate the tasks and objectives to ensure understanding of expectations and timelines involved.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- 5+ years as a Senior Transformation Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience operating in significant enterprise wide transformation programs.
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a large scale organisation.
- Familiarity with large enterprise systems, EG: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Success Factors, CRM tools and/or data intensive environments.
