Our Endeavour Group transformation portfolio of work is wrapped up and termed ‘One Endeavour’, a deliberate holistic approach across people, processes and technology. Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

In this 12 month fixed term contract position, the Transformation Senior Analyst will apply their experience of data analysis, strategic thinking skills and natural curiosity for solutions to this large scale IT Transformation. The role will support large programs of work delivering technology and business changes that will shape Endeavour’s future

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

Problem Solving

• Deep dive into problems across Endeavour’s end to end business to enable programs to deliver business outcomes
• Assist in structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them
• Develop frameworks and methodologies, applying structured thinking to analyse problems and present recommendations
• Apply a commercial lens to problems
• Perform complex analysis and extract insights from that analysis
• Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior leadership decision making across the business

Deliver Outcomes

• Manage colleagues and stakeholders to target outcomes
• Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
• Enable key decision making that will shape the future of Endeavour
• Be comfortable within a disciplined program delivery framework 
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail 

Senior Leadership Engagement

• Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis to Endeavour Leadership and Board
• Convert complex thinking into simplified content fit for senior stakeholders to understand and action
• Present information in a concise, impactful way - demonstrating attention to detail

Collaboration

• Work collaboratively within a team across all levels 
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth within a team  
• Challenge the status quo in a respectful way to influence business outcomes
• Approach the business with curiosity, having an open mindset to better understand the business and trading challenges

Now let’s talk about you

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, transformation delivery, corporate strategy or project delivery
• Ability to work and excel in a high performing team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or work streams 
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation
• Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
• Understand project and change management fundamentals to support successful delivery and adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - prioritising competing demands
